At BCG Connect, we are dedicated to being responsible stewards of our global ecosystem. We put an emphasis on being a sustainable company and harnessing our culture of creativity to foster a better world.

Here are some of the everyday sustainable practices we have adopted into our production:

RECYCLING

BCG Connect recycles 100% of the paper and cardboard waste used in production. We work with several e-waste recycling programs to recycle older monitors and computers. We also donate laptops, monitors, printers that have remaining use to schools and charitable organizations.

SUSTAINABLE PAPER CHOICES

Wherever possible, BCG Connect uses materials derived from renewable resources or with low environmental impact considering recycling and recovery efforts.

REFORESTATION PARTNERS

As part of our "plant as you print" program, BCG Connect partners with PrintReleaf to measure paper consumption of campaigns as part of the Environmental Paper Network, and plant trees through a global network of certified reforestation projects.

TONER/PRINTER CARTRIDGES REMANUFACTURING

Toner/printer cartridges that can be remanufactured are disassembled, cleaned and inspected using sophisticated testing systems and equipment. Toner/Printer cartridges or components that cannot be remanufactured are sent to be recycled through the material recovery process.

DIGITAL PRINTING

BCG Connect utilizes digital printing, which uses less paper, ink, and energy than traditional methods. When making investments in equipment, we always take into consideration their environmental impact.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

Our team is trained in lean manufacturing principles and strives for continuous improvement every day. With each improvement, BCG Connect aims to consume fewer resources, recycle more materials, and produce less waste.

Plant as you print

While we help you achieve your direct mail fundraising goals, we can grow the world’s forests and make a positive impact on the environment. Together with our partners we actively work to reduce our environmental footprint through certified global reforestation.

In partnership with PrintReleaf, BCG Connect offers clients the ability to offset their paper footprint with a program that measures consumption over time and automatically replants trees as part of certified reforestation projects.
