At BCG Connect, we are dedicated to being responsible stewards of our environment. We put an emphasis on being a sustainable company and putting our culture of creativity and continuous improvement to work as a partner in sustainability to our clients.

Here are some of the everyday sustainable practices we have adopted into our production:

Wherever possible, BCG Connect uses materials derived from renewable resources or with low environmental impact considering recycling and recovery efforts.

BCG Connect recycles 100% of our production paper and cardboard waste.

The most eco-friendly practices start with consuming only what is necessary. We track the usage of raw materials, making a concerted effort to reduce consumption.

To provide a wide variety of paper choices for our clients BCG offers clients recycled products utilizing various PCW content as well as products that follow FSC (Forest Stewardship Council®) and/or SFI (Sustainable Forestry Initiative®) guidelines.

Toner/printer cartridges that can be remanufactured are disassembled, cleaned and inspected using sophisticated testing systems and equipment. Toner/Printer cartridges or components that cannot be remanufactured are sent to be recycled through the material recovery process.

By offering digital printing, BCG Connect gives clients the ability to print exactly what they need when they need it. Digital printing uses less paper, ink and energy than traditional off-set printing methods.

BCG Connect has a culture of continuous improvement. We are constantly exploring new ways to improve and streamline our internal processes, always striving to use fewer resources, recycle more, and produce less waste.

We work with several e-waste recycling programs to recycle retired devices, and donate laptops, monitors, printers with remaining life to schools and charities. We also pursue recycling channels for batteries, light bulbs and other harmful materials to maintain a sustainable office environment.

When making investments in equipment, we always take into consideration their environmental impact.

Plant as you Print

While we help you achieve your direct mail fundraising goals, we can grow the world’s forests and make a positive impact on the environment. Together with our partners we actively work to reduce our environmental footprint through certified global reforestation.

In partnership with PrintReleaf, BCG Connect offers clients the ability to offset their paper footprint with a program that measures consumption over time and automatically replants trees as part of certified reforestation projects.
